Today was the first day that my sister and I decided to start our new journey together.
We have both been struggling with loosing weight for years. We have bought and spent so much money on things that are said to "work", but then the typical giving up stage gets the best of us and we end up giving up.
We know that is won't be easy at all, but we both will be the support of each other to not give up this time and actually reach our goal. I am not really sure who will be reading this blog, but well I've heard that keeping a blog of some sort seems to be a positive thing with watching how the "transformation" takes place lol.
Anyways we decided to give it a try on using the YesYouCanDietPlan!!
For the first day our meals are as followed:
7 a.m. Breakfast
1 whole wheat flour tortilla (120 Calories)
1 egg white
1/2 of Bell pepper and onions
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cappuccino Protein Shake
2 Curly Lettuce Leaves
4oz Turkey breast ham
3 Spring Onions
1 Cups Cucumbers
2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
Cucumber & Bell Pepper
3 oz of Baked Salmon
Side of Steamed Cauliflower
The lunch and dinner recipes we got from the yesyoucandietplan website. I have to say that I really did enjoy it a lot it was very delicious!!!
For this week I think we are keeping the food to a minimum, and over the weekend we are going to better plan out what we eat for the week. Having to go to the store more than once a week can get tiring especially when you get home from work.
